A fun and simple test to the OG Tamagoyaki!

Just add Nori (seaweed)!


  • 3 Eggs

  • Nori (seaweed) Ft. Little Jasmine Roasted Organic Seaweed

  • Cooking Oil

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Tool: Square/Rectangular Fry Pan (Available in your local Japanese supermarket or amazon).

- A rectangular fry pan is recommended for best results, easier cooking, and faster cleaning!


Step 1: Crack the eggs and add sugar and salt to taste

Step 2: Beat the eggs to incorporate the salt/sugar.

Step 3: Heat the pan in low heat

Step 4: Pour a small ladle of the eggs into the pan.

Step Shift the pan allow the eggs to coat the pan evenly

Step 6: Add the seaweed onto the cooked eggs.

Step 7: Fold the eggs in (towards you)

Step 9: Slide the tamagoyaki up toward the top of the pan to add more cooking to make more layers!

Step 10: Repeat the cooking progress until the eggs mixture runs out. Cut or fold the seaweed sheet to fit the pan.

Step 11: Enjoy!

You can enjoy it as is or if you have extras, add some to your bento!
