Lotus Bun with Red Bean Paste

4 tbsp red bean paste
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
Arroyo Kitchen Lotus Buns
Bun Preparations: Steam:
Use an electrical steam or traditional steamer.
Toss buns into steamer and leave in steamer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Wrap bun(s) with wet paper towel.
Microwave on low for 30 to 45 seconds.
In a bowl, soften the canned red bean paste.
Add in butter and sugar, and stir until fully mixed.
Add the red bean mixture into the Lotus Buns.
Add a slice of butter on top.
Serve and enjoy!
