SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping: Over $45
We offer free standard shipping for pickup orders and for orders over $45 (before tax and shipping).
Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days ($5-$15)
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed. You will be provided with an email confirming your tracking number and expected delivery date. While we strive to meet our standard shipping times, please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pickup Option: Same Day
Order before 3 PM for free same-day pickup. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup orders can be ready within two hours of being placed.
Orders can be picked up at our designated pickup location at 1135 Westminster Ave. #E Alhambra, CA 91803. We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Food Product Return:
At Little Jasmine, we prioritize the safety and hygiene of our consumers and employees. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for food products.
However, we value customer satisfaction and therefore offer refunds within 7 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied with our product or if there's an issue with your order. To initiate a refund, please follow our Refund Process below.
Refund Process:

Provide details of your order (Name, Email, & Order #) and the reason for the refund.

Once processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping and handling costs are refundable.
In-Store Purchase:
Returns and refunds apply to online orders only. We do not handle returns for in-store purchases made at market retailers, please contact the store directly.
Non-food Product Returns:
Opened:
We do not accept returns for any opened non-food products. If you are unsatisfied with our product or if there's an issue with your order, we offer refunds within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, please follow our Refund Process.
Unopened:
For unopened non-food products, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must have no visible signs of use or alteration, and all original labels and tags must be attached and returned in the original product packaging. To initiate a return for unopened non-food products, please complete the following steps:
