ORGANIC ROASTED SEAWEED
Our roasted seaweed is 100% natural organic. Our organic certifications are the NASAA Certified Organic (NCO), Quality Assurance International (QAI) Organic Certification, and National Check Professional (NCP) certification (Australia). Our roasted seaweed is also cultivated on USDSA-certified organic farms, harvested by machines, and roasted according to national organic program standards.
The facilities we work to manufacture our seaweed have different Organic Certifications. One of them is the Quality Assurance International (QAI) Organic Certification, and the other is the National Check Professional (NCP) certification (Australia). These certifications are both reputable third-party organizations that are approved by the USCA Organic Organization.
Our seaweed raw materials are sourced from South Korea and China. However, our seaweed is made and packaged in the USA.
Our seaweed products are a Nori seaweed type.
The shelf life of our organic roasted seaweed varies depending on how it is stored. Once opened, the product can last up to 2-3 weeks if stored in a cool dry place. For a longer shelf life, you can store the product in a freezer which will last up to 10 months, or in the fridge which will last you 6 months. For best results, please ensure the package is sealed tightly when not in use.
Always refer to the "Best Before" Date listed on the packaging.
We recommend storing our seaweed in a dry, cool, and dark area, such as a kitchen cabinet or pantry. To store in the refrigerator, ensure the package is securely sealed and kept in a low-moisture section.

Yes! Our seaweed is 100% gluten free
There is no added salt in our roasted seaweed. However, there is a slight saltiness and salt content that comes naturally from saltwater, where the seaweed is harvested from.
All of our roasted seaweed options do NOT contain any nuts. Our seaweed is manufactured in a nut-free factory environment!
No, our roasted seaweeds do not contain any preservatives. Our seaweed is made with a single ingredient-organic roasted seaweed!
Yes! Our seaweed is made with a single ingredient-organic roasted seaweed. Meaning there are no additional favorings or additives in our seaweed. Our seaweed is also fat-free and cholesterol-free. Seaweed is a great source of iodine, which helps support your thyroid gland. Seaweed also contains other vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin K, B vitamins, zinc and iron, along with antioxidants that help protect your cells from damage.
Our 100 half sheet pack of seaweed contains 50 full sheets of seaweed cut in half.
All of our seaweed raw material is harvested naturally. We do not further alter the taste of the seaweed. The salt taste of each product/lot depends on the saltiness of the ocean water which it was harvested from.
Our roasted seaweed contains between 16–43 mcg (micrograms) per serving, or about 11–29% of the daily value.

The detected substance is lead. Seaweed and other agricultural foods contain lead from the soil. Unless you eat tons of seaweed at once, it shouldn’t produce any effects due to its low percentage of lead contamination.

To meet our company's supply and demand, Little Jasmine works with several facilities in the US which have their own processing and certifications. "MADE IN USA" refers to creating the product itself, whereas "PACKAGED IN THE USA" refers to preparing it for sale by enclosing it in a protective container.
