Our bottled teas are shelf-stable and can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated before opening. Refrigerate after opening.

There's powder on the bottom of my bottled tea. Is the product still good?

Accepted Answer

Powder can sometimes fall to the bottom and around the mouth of our bottled teas. If this has happened to your bottle, do not worry! These particles are natural sediment from the real tea and juice ingredients used in our teas.

The sediment doesn't affect the quality or safety of the product. Simply, shake the bottle well and make sure to refrigerate it after opening to maintain its freshness.

Please refer to the "Best Before" Date on the bottle cap.
