FAQ: Organic Roasted Seaweed
Our seaweed products are a Nori seaweed type.
Our seaweed is sourced and packaged in China. We select only the best premium seaweed with quality similar to Japanese seaweed, having excellent taste, aroma, and texture.
Our roasted seaweed is cultivated on USDA-certified organic farms, harvested by machines, and roasted according to national organic program standards.
Our organic certifications are the NASAA Certified Organic (NCO), Quality Assurance International (QAI) Organic Certification, and National Check Professional (NCP) certification (Australia).
All of our roasted seaweed options do NOT contain any nuts. Our seaweed is made with only one ingredient - dried organic seaweed!
There is no added salt in our roasted seaweed. The salty flavor and content come naturally from saltwater, where the seaweed is harvested.
Our 100 half sheet pack of seaweed contains 50 full sheets of seaweed cut in half.
We recommend storing our seaweed in a dry, cool, and dark area, such as a kitchen cabinet or pantry. To store in the refrigerator, ensure the package is securely sealed and kept in a low-moisture section.
The shelf life of our organic roasted seaweed varies depending on how it is stored.
Once opened, if stored in a cool and dry place, the product can last up to 2-3 weeks.
For a longer shelf life, you can store the product in a freezer, which will last up to 10 months, or in the fridge, which will last you 6 months.
For best results, please ensure the package is sealed tightly when not in use.
Always refer to the "Best Before" Date listed on the packaging.
