Turmeric Lotus Bun

Tonkatsu Sauce

Kewpie Mayonnaise

Bun Preparations:

Steaming:

  • Use an electrical steam or traditional Steamer

  • Toss buns into steamer and leave in steamer for 5 to 10 minutes

Microwave:

  • Wrap bun(s) with wet paper towel

  • Microwave on low for 30 to 45 seconds

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Fry frozen Korokke according to the package instructions.

  2. Prepare the plain bun

  3. Drizzle on some Tonkatsu sauce and kewpie mayonnaise and enjoy!
