3-Ingredient Roasted Seaweed Chips

Anyone else non-stop snacking during this quarantine? If you can't stop (like us), then what better way to snack than to make something easy, homemade, and healthy! These seaweed chips are super addictive and are extremely healthy. Seaweed has so many benefits. Nori, a species of red algae, contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, and Iodine. So while you snack away, you can be guilt-free.


All you need are 3 ingredients for these delicious snacks and you are more than likely going to already have them in your pantry.


INGREDIENTS:

  • Little Jasmine Seaweed

  • Oil (Can be sesame oil, canola oil, or any oil you like-- we like to use sesame!)

  • Salt

  • Optional: Wasabi or Horseradish


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Take the seaweed sheets out and use scissors to cut to your desired sizes.


3. Brush seaweed with sesame oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on the baking sheet. Don't have a brush? Fold a paper towel several times and use the ends to mimic a brush.

4. Bake for 5-7 minutes on each side. Make sure to watch them so they don't burn.

5. Take out and enjoy!
