Ingredients:
White Jasmine Rice
Chicken Thigh
Nori Sheet
Teriyaki Sauce
How to Cook:
Cook rice in a pot or rice cooker
Add chicken and teriyaki sauce on a pan and sauce on high heat for 3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked
Let rice and chicken cool to room temperature before assembling the musubis
Using a musubi mold or spam tin can, lay a plastic wrap to the bottom and press in two scoops of rice
Lay the chicken on top of the rice, and remove the plastic wrap from the mold or tin can
Wrap your nori sheet around the molded rice and chicken

Tips:
Add a bit oil on your plastic wrap to prevent rice from sticking when assembling the musubi
